I have volunteered to come out of retirement to apply for the open position of
Director of Diversity & Equity at Colgate. In 1978 we enjoyed plenty of DEI
naturally, by not obsessing about skin color, or looking for trouble. I propose
to work for free to shut down this unnecessary, money wasting, and
counter-productive department, which promotes victim playing, whining, and
systemic, institutionalized discrimination against Whites, based on skin color
quotas, not merit (high school achievements, GPA, SATs), to make Colgate "color
blind" and great again.

If hired as Colgate's first, historically underrepresented, White, male
Director of Diversity & Equity, bringing more DEI to the department, I will
oppose skin color based admissions quotas, and direct the renaming of the
African, Latin, Asian, Native American (ALANA) Center to ALANAW to be inclusive
of White students for diversity and equal rights. It should be open to all
Colgate students, regardless of skin color.

Colgate has had a racially diverse faculty and student body since the 1970's,
without a DEI Department. We focused on their teachings, not skin color.
If hired as DEI Director, I can help Colgate be color neutral again.
I would be an ideal DEI Director as a card carrying member of the NAACP and Person Of Color, flesh, # FFE0BD at paint stores, and identify as an oppressed minority. Whites are less than 7% in the world population.
If hired as DEI Director I promise to pursue "equity" (special consideration
and funding) for Colgate as a Historically White College and University (HWCU)
and ask for $255 million in annual funding (paid by tax payers of all colors)
from the US Department of Education, just HBCUs get..

There are just 2 applicants, according to LinkedIn. Wish me luck in bringing Diversity, Equity. and Inclusion to Colgate as the first White male DEI Director!
If hired as Diversity & Equity Director, I propose to diversify the Colgate
curriculum, which includes Women Studies and Black Studies, with equally
promoted new departments of Men Studies and White Studies.
I would also like to teach. There is a lot to talk about, as White men invented
over 82% inventions, according to a non-White lady PhD.

Colgate should also have a Men Studies major for gender equity.
